← Services05 / 05 — For sites tired of breaking on their own

Move off WordPress,
keep everything that works.

A proper migration off WordPress: content, URLs, and search rankings all come with you. Built in Webflow or Next.js, whichever the site actually needs.

Nothing gets
lost.

Every page, every image, every bit of content that's currently ranking in Google comes across. We map your old URLs to the new ones so your search rankings don't take a hit, and we test everything before the old site goes dark.

Content
All of it, moved and checked.
URLs
Redirected, so rankings hold.
Email
Keeps working the whole way through, no interruption.

Not sure where
to start?

Most people who end up on this page haven't decided to leave WordPress. They're just tired of it breaking, and not sure what actually happens if they move.

The URL
Send it below. We'll tell you what a move looks like for your specific site, before you commit to anything.
The cost
Depends on the site. You'll get a real number, not a range designed to get you on a call.
The risk
Low. Nothing changes on your live site until the new one is built, tested, and ready to switch.

Start here.

Three fields, nothing fancy. Tell us what you're after and we'll come back with a proper answer, not a form email.

Goes straight to us. No CRM, no funnel.

What's included.

Every site, no tiers
Redirects, mapped properly

Every old URL points somewhere real, one to one, not a blanket redirect to your homepage. That's most of what keeps Google happy.

Nothing published without a checklist

Pages, images, metadata, forms. We go through what's actually live on the old site before we touch anything, so nothing quietly disappears.

Search Console, watched after launch

We keep an eye on how Google's treating the new site for the first few weeks, not just on launch day.

WooCommerce isn't part of this

If you're selling through WordPress, this isn't the right fit yet. We'll say so upfront rather than take the job and find out halfway through.

Hosting that doesn't need patching

Once you're off WordPress, there's no more plugin updates or guessing which one broke the site. We host it and keep watching.

How the move runs.

01
Audit

We go through what's actually live: pages, forms, plugins, anything with a login. You get a plain list of what moves and what needs a decision.

3 to 5 days
02
Redirect map

Every old URL gets matched to its new one, by hand, not a blanket rule. This is most of what keeps your rankings intact.

Included
03
Build

The new site gets built properly on Webflow or Next.js, whichever the site needs. Not a copy-paste of the old one.

2 to 4 wks
04
QA

Every page checked against the old one before anything goes live. Forms tested, links tested, nothing assumed.

Few days
05
Launch

The new site goes live, redirects switch on, the old one comes down. No gap in between.

1 day
06
Watch

We keep an eye on Search Console for a few weeks after, so if anything doesn't settle, we catch it early.

Things people ask.

Five, honestly answered
Will my Google rankings drop?

Not if the redirects are done properly, which is most of the work here. Some movement in the first few weeks is normal as Google re-crawls the new site. We're watching for anything that doesn't settle.

I sell things through WooCommerce, can you still help?

Not yet. Ecommerce migrations are a different job with different risks. Get in touch anyway and we'll tell you straight whether it's worth it.

What about my forms, bookings, or membership area?

None of that carries over automatically, WordPress plugins don't move to a new platform. We scope it properly before quoting, so there's no surprise halfway through.

I'm actually on Wix or Squarespace, does this apply?

Same idea, different starting point. Get in touch either way and we'll tell you what a move looks like.

How do I start?

Send the URL to hello@studiobroad.nz or use the contact form below. We'll have a look and tell you honestly what a move looks like.
